• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Software.

4. Payment and Subscription

Pricing and Billing: The Software is offered on a subscription basis, with fees due in advance for each subscription period (monthly, quarterly, or annually). Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled, and all fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

Late Payments: If payment is not received on time, we reserve the right to suspend account access until the outstanding balance is cleared.

Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting Smart Garaje. Your account will remain active until the end of your subscription period.

5. Data and Privacy

Data Ownership: You retain ownership of all data entered into the Software. Smart Garaje does not claim ownership of your data but may use it in accordance with our Privacy Policy to improve services.

Users may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer access to the Software to any third party.
